The terms for using Musafir Infotech’s website and monthly digital marketing plans: approvals, ownership, ad spend, fair use and limits of liability.
Updated 28 Oct 2026
These Terms of Service apply when you use the Musafir Infotech website or any of our services. Musafir Infotech is being registered in India. The full legal entity name and registered address will be added here once registration is complete. By using our website or signing up for a plan, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We offer affordable digital marketing and IT services for small businesses, including social media posts, Google Business Profile management, WhatsApp automation, websites, online store setup on platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce, marketplace onboarding, branding, and domain and hosting help. What is included is set out in the written quote we send you.
Plans and payment
- Our monthly plans are billed in advance, once a month.
- A one-time setup fee applies when you start. It is waived if you prepay for a year.
- Yearly prepay gives you 12 months for the price of 10.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees. Taxes will be added as applicable once the company is registered for them.
- If a payment is late, we may pause work until it is paid.
Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
Approvals on WhatsApp
We send posts, designs, website pages and other work to you for approval, usually on WhatsApp. We publish only after you approve. A clear “yes”, “ok”, “approved” or similar reply counts as approval. If a plan includes regular posting and you do not reply within the time we mention, we may hold the post until you do. You are responsible for checking that what you approve is correct, including prices, offers, phone numbers and claims about your business.
What you are responsible for
- Giving us correct information about your business.
- Sending photos, product details and other inputs on time.
- Making sure you have the right to use any content you give us, such as photos, logos and music.
- Following the laws that apply to your business and your products.
- Keeping your own account passwords safe.
You own your content and accounts
- Your business name, logo, photos, content and customer data belong to you.
- Your Google, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website, domain and store accounts belong to you and should be in your name.
- Once you have paid for it, the work we create for you, like posts, designs and website content, is yours to use.
- We may keep the right to use tools, templates and code we already had or made for general use. You get the right to use them as part of your work.
- We will not show your work or name as our example without your permission.
When you leave, we will help hand over access and files.
Ad spend and platform fees
- Ad spend for Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or Google ads is paid by you directly to Meta or Google. Our fee covers managing the ads, not the ad money.
- Platform fees are paid by you directly to the platform. These include Shopify or other store subscriptions, payment gateway charges, domain and hosting renewals, paid themes, plugins and apps, and marketplace commissions.
No guaranteed results
We work hard to help your business grow, but results depend on many things we do not control, such as your products, prices, service, competition and changes by Google and Meta. So we do not guarantee any specific number of sales, leads, calls, followers, likes, reviews or search rankings.
Acceptable use
You must not ask us to, and we will not:
- Promote illegal products or services, or anything banned by Indian law.
- Post fake reviews, buy reviews or followers, or offer rewards for reviews.
- Make false or misleading claims about products, health benefits or prices.
- Send spam, buy contact lists, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you.
- Copy other people’s content, logos or trademarks without permission.
- Post hateful, abusive or adult content.
We may refuse or stop any work that breaks these rules, and end the service if it continues.
Platform policies
We follow the rules of Meta, Google, WhatsApp and the other platforms we use. These platforms can review, limit, reject or remove pages, ads, listings and accounts under their own policies. We are not responsible for their decisions, but we will help you respond where we can.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business.
- We are not liable for problems caused by platforms, payment gateways, hosting providers or other third parties.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Ending the service
You can cancel as explained in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. We may end the service with notice if payments are not made, if these terms are broken, or if we can no longer provide the service. We will help hand over your accounts and files.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will change the date on this page and tell clients about important changes before they apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts where Musafir Infotech has its registered office. We will always try to solve problems by talking first.
