Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Musafir Infotech delivers its services. Musafir Infotech is being registered in India. The full legal entity name and registered address will be added here once registration is complete.

All our services are digital

We do not sell or ship any physical products. Nothing is sent by courier or post. There are no shipping charges.

How we deliver

We deliver your work in one or more of these ways:

• On WhatsApp: posts, designs, drafts and reports are sent to you for approval.
• By email: files, invoices and documents.
• Directly in your accounts: once you approve, we publish on your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, website or online store, using the access you give us.
• On your website or store: websites and stores go live on your own domain or platform account.

Your services start once we have received your payment and the details we need from you.

Usual timelines

These are typical times on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays):

• First social media posts: within 3 to 5 working days after you send your business details, logo and photos.
• Google Business Profile setup: details and photos added within 3 to 5 working days. Verification depends on Google.
• WhatsApp Business setup: within 3 to 5 working days after you send your product or service list.
• One-page website: about 7 working days after we receive your content and photos.
• Online store setup on Shopify or WooCommerce: about 2 to 3 weeks after we receive your product list, prices and photos.
• Marketplace onboarding: depends on the marketplace’s own checks and approval time.

We will tell you the expected date when we start. If we expect a delay on our side, we will let you know on WhatsApp.

Delays outside our control

Some delays are not in our hands, such as:

• Missing or late inputs from you, like photos, product details, logins or approvals.
• Platform reviews and checks, such as Google Business Profile verification, Meta page or ad reviews, WhatsApp checks, or marketplace approvals.
• Domain registration, hosting or payment gateway activation by third parties.
• Outages or policy changes on Google, Meta, WhatsApp or other platforms.

In these cases the timeline starts again once the missing input arrives or the platform finishes its review.

Confirming delivery

Work counts as delivered when it is published in your account, goes live on your website or store, or is sent to you on WhatsApp or email for your use. If something is missing or wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
